Terms of Service

The agreement between you and MMNTM. It is written to be read: plain sentences, no defined-term maze, and the parts that cost you money or limit our liability are not buried.

1.Who this agreement is with

MMNTM is run by [your full legal name], an individual trading as MMNTM from [your business address]. It is a sole trader, not a company. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that person, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service. If you accept these terms for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

You must be at least 13, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are under 18, an adult responsible for you must agree to these terms.

2.What the service does

You describe an application in your own words. MMNTM plans the work, writes and edits files in a sandbox we run, checks that the result builds, and shows you a preview and the diff. You keep a version history and can export the project at any time.

MMNTM is an AI system. It makes mistakes, and the code it writes is a starting point, not a warranty of fitness. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing anything you ship, exactly as you would with code written by a person.

3.Your code and content stay yours

You own what you build. We claim no rights in your prompts, your code or your data, and we do not use them to train models.

You grant us only the narrow licence needed to run the service for you: to store your content, transmit it to the infrastructure and model providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and display it back to you and to people you share a project with. That licence ends when the content is deleted.

If you mark a project public or publish it, you are choosing to make that content available to anyone with the link, including the code, the prompts shown on the project page, and anything a visitor can reach in the published site. Do not publish a project that contains anything you would not put on the open web.

4.What you may not do with it

You agree not to use MMNTM to build, host or distribute:

  • anything illegal where you or your users are, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • malware, phishing pages, credential harvesters, or tools whose purpose is to break into systems you do not own;
  • material that sexually exploits children, incites violence, or harasses a specific person;
  • spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deceptive impersonation of a real person or organisation.

You also agree not to attack the service itself: no attempts to break out of the sandbox, reach other customers’ data, mine cryptocurrency, resell raw model access, or work around the credit, rate and concurrency limits. Automated scraping of the product is not permitted.

We may suspend a project or an account that is doing one of these things. Where the problem is not causing active harm we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

5.Plans, credits and what things cost

Free includes 300 credits when you create your account and 3 projects. Those credits are a one-off: the Free plan does not add more each month, though you can buy a top-up at any time. Pro is $25 a month for 2,500 credits. Team is $30 per seat a month, and each seat adds 3,000 credits to a balance the team shares, from 2 seats up to 5. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to add. Plan credits you do not use roll over, up to one month's allowance, while you are subscribed. Credits you buy as a top-up do not expire while you are subscribed. Twelve months after a subscription ends, any credits still on the account expire.

A credit is the unit we meter AI usage in: roughly one US cent of model usage at a published rate. Each run shows an estimate before you send and a receipt after. Runs that fail because of a mistake on our side, and the repair rounds after a failed build check, are not charged.

Monthly credits are granted when each invoice is paid and accumulate rather than expiring at the end of a cycle. Credits bought as a top-up do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable except as usage of the service.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may change prices. If a change affects a plan you are on, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and it takes effect at your next renewal so you can cancel first.

6.Teams

A team has one pooled balance of credits and shared projects. Anyone in a team can open and change its projects and spend from its pool; owners and admins can invite people, change roles and archive projects. Whoever creates a team is responsible for who they invite and for the charges the team incurs. Deleting a team returns its projects to the people who created them.

7.Availability, and changes to the service

We aim to keep MMNTM available and fast, but we do not promise a specific uptime, and we may take it down for maintenance. Sandboxes are working environments, not backups: they are recycled when idle. Your saved versions, not the sandbox, are the durable copy of your work, and export exists so you never depend on us to keep it.

We add and change features. If we remove something you rely on, or make a change that materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you by email in advance.

8.Third parties you bring in

When you connect GitHub, add an API key for another service, or publish to a host, you are using that company’s product under their terms, and they may charge you. We pass your keys to the sandbox that needs them and nowhere else, but we are not responsible for what those services do, and a key you paste into any system is only as safe as the scope you gave it.

9.Ending the agreement

You can stop using MMNTM whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account by writing to dream3rsounds@gmail.com. Export your projects first; deletion is not reversible.

We may end this agreement if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Unless the reason is serious misuse, we will give you at least 30 days to export your work, and we will refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for.

10.What we do not promise

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that MMNTM’s output is correct, secure, or suitable for your purpose, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet a regulatory standard that applies to your business.

11.Limits on liability

Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data, even if the possibility was known. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your local consumer law gives you, and these limits apply only so far as that law permits.

12.Claims caused by what you build

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you built, published or did with the service, and the claim arises from your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in defending it. We will tell you promptly and let you take over the defence.

13.Law, disputes and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, write to us; most things are faster to fix by email.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders and update the date on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
